Pro power. Compact footprint.
The LionsBot R3 Scrub Pro is a compact autonomous floor scrubber for the narrow parts of a building. It scrubs 800 to 1,200 m² an hour on a 366 mm path, and 682 mm with the side brush out.
The numbers
A full scrubber, on a small machine's footprint.

Cleaning path
The scrubbing head on its own. The side brush takes it to 682 mm.
Clean water on board
It feeds a 24 L waste tank, so recovered water always has room.
Full recharge
From empty to a run of up to 3 hours.
The R3 Scrub Pro advantage
Built for the floor nobody else reaches.

Footprint
Compact and agile.
At 635 by 570 mm on the floor and 828 mm tall, the R3 Scrub Pro works the narrow pathways, corridors and back-of-house routes that a full-size scrubber has no room for. It fits through standard doorways and into service lifts, so a multi-floor site needs no special access. Those are the routes a cleaner would otherwise mop by hand.
- 682 mm of cleaning widthThe side brush swings the path from 366 mm to 682 mm without changing the machine's footprint.

Performance
Maximum dryness.
Up to 7 kg of brush downward pressure and a 591 mm single-pass squeegee, specified so the water comes back up on the same pass that puts it down. Recovery is a 24 L tank against a 21 L clean water tank, so the machine can recover more water than it puts down. The floor is ready to walk on straight away, so the team is not roping off a wet area.
- Single-pass squeegee591 mm wide, ahead of the 366 mm scrubbing path, so the recovery edge is wider than the wet strip.
- Self-refilling and self-emptyingWith the optional refuel station, the robot recharges, refills its clean water tank and drains its waste tank between runs, so one run can follow another without anyone carrying water.

Intelligence
AI SmartClean.
Path planning, live obstacle adaptation and self-recovery, so the robot works out its own route, goes around what is in the way and picks the route back up without anyone stepping in. The team sets the zone with a MagicTag™ and the robot works out the rest.
- LiDAR mapping25 m of coverage as standard. An optional 3D LiDAR extends that to 240 m across.
- Runs at 71 dBQuiet enough to work an occupied floor during opening hours.
Single pass
Straight over the debris.

See it run
Pro cleaning, made easy.
Zero-click cleaning
Push it to a MagicTag™.
The tag holds the zone, so there is no route to program and no screen to learn. Anyone on the team can start a clean by pushing the R3 Scrub Pro to the tag and walking away.

Average practical efficiency, once the zone is set. The same run repeats to a schedule without anyone setting it up again.
Maximum run time on a charge, then 2 hours to fill back up. An optional refuel station recharges, refills and drains between runs.
Average sound level, quiet enough to work an occupied floor during opening hours rather than only overnight.
Scale and profitability
The compact robot that scales your team.
Set the zone once against a MagicTag™ and the R3 Scrub Pro does the repeated work. One person can look after several robots, so each shift covers more floor without hiring more people.
- 82 eight-hour shifts
- €14,586 at your rate
How this is calculated, including the 15% supervision assumption
Run hours use 1,200 m² per hour, the top of the R3 Scrub Pro's published average practical efficiency of 800 to 1,200 m²/h. Taking the top of the range gives the smaller of the two possible figures, so the number above is the cautious one. The supervision share is reserved for filling and emptying tanks, spot checks and watching the robot, and it assumes the robot is running without the optional refuel station. Only the hours left over count as freed up, spread across 52 weeks. Shifts are those hours divided by eight. The value is the same hours priced at the rate you entered, in the currency you chose, with no conversion applied. This band does not size a fleet, because LionsBot publishes no coverage-per-charge figure for the R3 Scrub Pro and working one out from efficiency and runtime would be an estimate rather than a specification. How many robots a site needs is part of the consult. Actual results vary by facility complexity and labour market conditions.

LionsCloud
Every run, logged and accountable.
The R3 Scrub Pro reports to LionsCloud, LionsBot's fleet software. Schedules, coverage and completion are recorded automatically, so cleaning becomes a record you can hand to a client rather than a claim you have to make. The team can see which zones are done before the shift ends.
- Schedule zones once and let the fleet repeat them
- Automatic coverage logs for every completed run
- One view across every robot you run

R3 Scrub Pro questions, answered.
What is the LionsBot R3 Scrub Pro?
The R3 Scrub Pro is LionsBot's compact autonomous floor scrubber, built for the aisles, corridors and back of house where a full-size machine has no room to work. It scrubs 800 to 1,200 m² an hour on a 366 mm path, or 682 mm with the side brush out, and runs for up to 3 hours. On the floor it takes up 635 by 570 mm and stands 828 mm tall.
How much floor can the R3 Scrub Pro clean in an hour?
The R3 Scrub Pro covers between 800 and 1,200 m² an hour. That is the published average practical efficiency rather than a peak figure. Maximum run time is up to 3 hours, and a full recharge takes 2 hours.
How small a space can the R3 Scrub Pro work in?
The R3 Scrub Pro is 635 mm long and 570 mm wide, so it works down aisles, corridors and back-of-house routes that a full-size scrubber has no room for. At 828 mm tall it goes through standard doorways and into service lifts, so a multi-floor site needs no special access.
Does the R3 Scrub Pro leave the floor wet?
The R3 Scrub Pro specifies up to 7 kg of brush pressure and a 591 mm single-pass squeegee for maximum dryness on the floor behind it, so the water comes back up on the same pass that puts it down. Recovered water goes into a 24 L waste tank, fed from a 21 L clean water tank.
How does the R3 Scrub Pro start a clean?
Push it to a MagicTag™. The tag holds the zone, so there is no route to program and no screen to learn, and anyone on the team can start the run. Once it is going, the robot plans its own path, works around obstacles and picks its route back up on its own.
How loud is the R3 Scrub Pro, and can it run while a site is open?
The R3 Scrub Pro averages 71 dB, quiet enough to run in occupied spaces during the day. It maps with a LiDAR covering 25 m, and an optional 3D LiDAR extends that to 240 m across.
